- Do I need an entity in the country?
- No. For Mexico we employ the person on our own entity and invoice you monthly. For Argentina and Brazil we administer contractor arrangements. If you already have an entity or a global payroll provider, we simply recruit and hand over.
- How fast is fast?
- Four to six weeks from intake to first day in Mexico and Colombia. Six to eight in Brazil because of the 30-day aviso prévio. The stage that usually slips is the client's own interview loop, not sourcing.
- Can I talk to a reference?
- Yes — a US hiring manager who has run several searches with us, in a similar function to yours. We arrange it after the intake call, once we know which reference is actually relevant.
- What if the hire doesn't work out?
- Placement fees carry a 90-day replacement guarantee. On monthly seats you give notice per the agreement and we start a replacement search at no additional search fee.
- Do you work with European companies?
- Yes, though the time zone argument is weaker. Our European clients typically hire in Argentina and Brazil, where the afternoon overlaps a European morning, and accept an async-first working pattern.
